Our Campground is located on the main road at the Southern entrance to Ohakune, opposite the Ohakune Carrot Park. It's a 150m walk to Johnnys Famous Eclairs, restaurants and shops.

By Train
Kiwirail has the Northern Explorer passenger train service between Auckland and Wellington through Ohakune, and you can organise a pick up from the station with us.

By Car
We are located on the main road through Ohakune, opposite the Ohakune Carrot Park. Ohakune is in the center of the north island about 3.5 hrs drive from wellington and 4 hrs drive from Auck.

By Bike
Touring New Zealand by bike is becoming popular and our central location is a great place to break up the journey. Relax under our legendary showers and stay dry in the heated cabins.

By Bus
Ohakune is on the Intercity Regional Network
and has a regular bus service.
